The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. Staff was courteous and helpful (we communicated in Chinese, not sure about their English skills). The bed was comfortable. The room was quite small but adequate for a one night stay. Breakfast is simple but cheap. Walking distance to the subway.
Rooms are not soundproofed. I could follow the conversation of my next door neighbor and when he sneezed I felt he was right by my side. Bring earplugs. Also, there was a faint smoke smell coming from I don't know where. I'm pretty sure people smoke in the rooms.

The receptionists struggled with english, but were generally kind. The breakfast was plentiful, the rooms were clean.
Sound-proofing was awful, you could hear if someone walked by your room. The room had a wiew to an air shaft, and every evening when I arrived to the room there was heavy cigarette smell.
