V good proximity to beach and shops etc. Sea view very good
Apartment needs upgrading and modernisation. Furniture and kitchen equipment were quite worn, could be replaced with new items.

This property is very well located as it's opposite the beach, but it does need some improvements, then it will be worth the money.
The property itself really needs some work done to it, it's extremely old-fashioned and damp. The owner was very helpful & fixed some issues, but it needs some improvements, then it will be worth the money.
