Op loopafstand van het centrum van Xanten en schuin tegenover een supermarkt. Toen ik kwam was er een technische storing, maar ik werd vriendelijk ontvangen en de check-in ging prima. Een (gratis) parkeerplaats voor de deur. Kamer eenvoudig, maar goed. Heel goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Lekkere koffie beschikbaar op de gang.

Was in a great location and easy walking to most things we needed. We had a great room which had an outdoor patio which was solely for our use. Room was small and only big enough for one suitcase but that was fine. The location was quiet as well. Parking was free too. There was a great small garage for bike storage and they had bikes you could hire for 10 euro per day which unfortunately we couldn't use as it was raining.
The only thing we can fault is that like many, many other places in Germany the grass and garden looked unloved and needed to be weeded and mowed. The back yard would be nice to sit in but the weeds were as high as the chairs!!!
