The property was great. The villa is high up in Kalkan, meaning that it is a steep hill upwards from the centre of town. There are plentiful taxis if you don't want to walk up. But this made the views spectacular! Especially from the infinite pool. The three bathrooms each were wetrooms and the bedrooms were comfortable. We had a great holiday

Good location just above the D400 close to the bridge which takes you into town, approx 15 minutes walk.
Lovely outside area with table & chairs, sunbeds, small infinity pool & breath taking views across the bay.
Good facilities inside with dishwasher, washing machine & decent showers.
Hard to find as apartments do not have name displayed outside.
Very steep climb from town (although Kalkan is all steep), lots of steps up to the villa from the unmade road
Although our host was very helpful (left us shopping in fridge as we had late flight & allowed us a late checkout) her lack of english made communicating any problem very difficult
