الاطلالة فقط لا غير

الطاقم الذي يقوم بتنظيف الغرف لا يجيدون عملهم حيث يقوم بنظافة في وقت المساء وهي وقت راحة قيلولة ويقومون بسحب الماء المتجمع من الحمام وترتيب السرير فقط وحمل سلة المهملات ولا يقومو بتنظيف ارضية الغرفة دورات المياة وهي التي جعلتني محبط للغاية الحمام يتجمع المياة بالاسفل مما يتسرب الي داخل ممر الغرفة عدم تكييف القاعة السفلية ونظافتها

Awesome

Staffs were so calm and composed, they took good care of guests. We have been asked regarding our comfort regularly to make sure everything was well.

Sometimes our call to in-room dining service was not picked up . We need to call one touch service and they have responded immediately and connected us to in-room dining service.

Was disappointed with the food and speed of room service.

Chef Mumtaz was very attentive and helpful when I mentioned that all the food had too much chilli for me to eat. He ensured that I got something to eat.

1. My room had a left over kathi roll in the study table drawer that had been lying there for I don't know how long. When housekeeping came in response to my complaint, they picked it up but didn't clean the drawer! The drawer had some liquid that had leaked from the kathi roll. 2. A glass in my room was dirty 3. Room service was slow

Trip didn’t meet the standards planned

Only the Location was good

Everything was wrong from checkin to checkout, stay not coordinated with front desk, lifts not working hassle affecting working lifts, unclean, pillow covers from last stay left in room… i prefer not to stay here next time… hungry for money wen they know due their inefficient management everything went wrong with our stay.

very nice maintained hotel

it was very clean, breakfast was delicious (best masala dosa), beds very comfortable

pool could not be fully used due to children’s swimming school occupying the whole pool most of the time. parents of kids in swimming class filmed the whole time (us as well!!) and occupied all sunbeds and removed our belongings on the sunbeds without asking. staff didn’t manage to bring and restock pool towels.

The bathroom sink tap and drain need to be changed. Very old. The shower holder is loose. A few times, the bathroom was smelly The floor corridor was warm with an unpleasant smell.

very disappointing, awful front desk staff

the breakfast buffet was good, staff were friendly

we came to stay here 3 days before my sisters wedding so she can de-stress. 2nd day we had issues with the toilet where the toilet water kept running non-stop and we called the reception multiple times and the maintance guy came to fix and he would fix it and the toilet would work once and then water would start running again. after the 3rd fix the toilet water still kept running and at this point it was 11pm and I was tired of complaining. So all night we couldn’t sleep as all we could hear was the toilet water running continuously through the night. the next day the water was still running through the whole day and we had trouble flushing, we had a cleaning service during that day and they failed to notice the running water and inform front desk too. when we got back to our that day the toilet had completely stopped working and we couldn’t FLUSH!! what sort of 5* hotel offers a room with a broken toilet?? Went downstairs to front desk and complained and they said they couldn’t do much when I asked for compensation! taking this further with Holiday Inn as this is not what I expect from a 5* hotel. the experience was awful especially when we had wedding tasks to complete too! we checked out early that day because the room was that bad. room service wasn’t great either the wait was around 40/50 mins for food and they got our order wrong the first time too and had to send back and they did replace but it was 11pm at this point. also we ordered a brownie with ice cream and they forgot the ice cream too. would not recommend staying here. Not a 5* hotel at all
