Good access enough accessibility to Sannomiya where connecting to Kobe Airport. Bed with curtains. Good WiFi connection. Reasonable rate.

The owner was really friendly. I liked to sit in the common space and talk to him. He doesn't speak much english, but for me it was good, because I like to practice my Japanese anyway. The dormitory was big, but very quiet, because I was almost alone during my stay. It also has some kinda common space area and you can hang your clothes here.

First of all, I didn't like it, that you have to leave every day between 1 and 3 pm, because the hostels closes in this time for cleaning. I apparently didn't see this information when I booked it, so I was very surprised, when I got told, that I have to leave. That's something I expect from capsule hostels, but not from a hostel. For most people this might not be a big issue, especially because it's not early in the morning, but if you want to stay or go inside the hostel for some reason during this time, then it would be a problem. The location is also not that great. There is a subway nearby, but not that much more.

Staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They were available till late in the night to ensure smooth use of facilities. All facilities were clean. WiFi was good. The recommended onsen nearby was great as well.

I was expecting to be able to use the public bath in the hostel. Unfortunately, it was available only for a short time slot and that too only on weekends.
