The owner was super nice and friendly.
Location is perfect, close to center but still very calm.
We wanted to use the WiFi for working, but the internet was very slow (turns out, the router is in an other apartment). Maybe a signal amplifier would help....At the end we had to use our 4G for work.
The kitchen is well-equipped, but the kettle was full of limescale.
