Lokalita ideálna, parkovanie voľné miesta aj v nedeľu, byt na prízemí, kľudná lokalita 4 km od centra mesta. Plus zastávka vľavo 150 m autobus každých 15 až 20 min. A zastávka 150 m vpravo električka taký istý interval.
Nepáči sa mi preverovanie ubytovania pred a po príchode nových hostí, to sa moc nedeje,pretože dvierka od mraziaku v chladničke boli zlomené, ľadu v ňom plno. TV síce išiel YouTube, ale regionálne samice nie. Plus v skrini cudzia košeľa a balkón nepovysavany.

Zu parken (auch mit großem Auto) war völlig problemlos: es gab genug freie Parkplätze am Haus. Hinterm Haus sind Tram und Radweg in die Innenstadt (3,5 km entfernt). Checkin mit Schüsselsafe war auch problemlos. Es war alles da was man braucht.
Es ist eine NR-Wohnung aber es roch leider trotzdem verraucht. Kommt vielleicht über Lüftungsanlage in der Küche oder jemand zuvor hatte sich nicht daran gehalten. Nicht ideal: Die ausgefüllten Gäste-Formulare der Gäste vor uns (mussten auch eines ausfüllen) waren alle noch in der Wohnung (Datenschutz?).

Excellent location in a peaceful location close to the public transport and shops. Free parking on site is a bonus.
The stove was dirty and because is also very rusty needs a replacement.

im großen und ganzen sauber, W-Lan hat gut funktioniert
Auf meine Anfragen habe ich nie eine Antwort vom Gastgeber erhalten (weder per E-Mail noch telefonisch). Kochtöpfe und Putzschwammerl waren dreckig, Matratze durchgelegen, Duschvorhang schon fast schimmlig, Verfärbungen auf der Klobrille, Wasserkocher total verkalkt,…
