The location is quiet. It’s easy to walk to various restaurants, sights, museums, etc. The room was clean and comfortable.
The hotel recommended an excellent guide and car service to pick us up at the Venice airport. We also did a private wine tour with him while we were in Treviso.
The shower was extremely small! It was a challenge to bend over to wash your toes! The floors are accessible only by stairs, no elevator. There is no hand rail on the first set of stairs. The coffee maker in the common room did not work.
We saw one of the cleaning staff briefly during our 4 day stay, otherwise, we didn’t have any other face to face interaction with staff.
