Great location, easy to walk into town

Everything was 7/10
I got a room on the third floor- 60 steps up although I chose not to use the lift which would have bypassed 42 of them.

Upon arrival my friends and I were met with a genuine welcome and were immediately made fee like guests not customers. The two staff members at the bar / reception couldn't do enough to make sure we had a great stay in the hotel and in Ax les Thermes - Top marks all round. We booked a 4 bed room which was quite large and clinically clean with a nice en suite bathroom. The follow morning we were treated to a really good continental breakfast. I'd definitely stay there again!

A very nice welcome. Informed us about the surroundings and recommended somewhere to eat. Had a good nights sleep. We had a good breakfast and were generally please with the hotel.
Wow did the bathroom let this place down. Shower tray was terrible and the sink was broken. Such a shame.
