The staff were friendly and attentive. The pool area was well kept and pool appeared to be clean and inviting. The restaurant was basic with the table cloths showing signs of staining from previous diners, but the food was well prepared and presented. Good value.
The room I had was basic, furniture was old and bathroom only had a hand shower. Water from the shower pooled by the bathroom door due to bad drainage. Hard to say if it was good value as I havent stayed anywhere else in Amed. They had nicer rooms which I assumed had been booked before I made my booking. The resort is situated at the end of a steep driveway which was fine for me, but will be difficult to navigate if you have any mobility issues. The resort entrance is situated on the top of the hill (next to Sunset point) so its around a 20 min walk to the main centre, down hill there, up hill back.

Direct access to the beach, easy to get to other places. Pool was good, rooms were clean and good size, bed was comfortable
It would have been great if there was day beds / pool beds down on the beach so you could lay down there as it is rocky and you can’t lay in a towel

Location is fabulous in the beach but the trade off is a very steep descent.
Quiet, lovely staff.
The bathroom and facilities need a spruce up.
