We loved this place right in the historical center of Montepulciano!

Very nice accommodation in a historical house right in the middle of Montepulciano, next to Piazza Grande. Free parking is widely available a couple of minutes walking distance from Piazza Grande.

Superb

The apartment was insanely cute - really made you feel like you were in the Tuscan countryside. The owner could not be lovelier and Montepulciano itself had a wholesome feel that everyone should experience.

The main issue was that our boiler for the water blew up. It was very stressful however the owner was so lovely and helped us as soon as we asked.

Charming period building right near the main square.

The location was excellent, right next to the main square. The apartment was a glorious old building so it was very special and spacious. Stefano, the host, was very helpful. Close to parking, free if you time it right!

We had trouble finding parking at first. But host resolved and showed us correct parking lot. And Host picked us up at parking lot and drove us to apartment. Spacious, clean, bright, great views. Highly recommend.

Stefano was a lovely, friendly host & easily available at any time with What's App.

We made our own breakfast as it was a self contained apartment.

The apartment was lovely & supplied plenty of spare bedding & towels. It was nice & close to Piazza Grande. There was a hiccup with the hot water but Stefano had it repaired in a day & then all was good. Thankyou again Stefano for picking us up at the train station. We will definitely stay here again if we return to this amazing town of Montepulciano.

Fabulous.

This is a fabulous apartment in a very central location. The view from the bedroom window is breathtaking. Stefano was a wonderful host and even picked us up from the train station. If you are visiting Montepulciano, just book this apartment! See my pic of sunrise view from the bedroom window.

Great feel of Tuscany, essence of Montepulciano within the walking distance

Perfect location at the main square, near parking and near street with all the shops and restaurants. Lovely style and architecture of the apartment, stunning view and authentic vibe. Friendly and helpful host.

Perfect in every way!

The apartment is very spacious, situated right next to Piazza Grande and is very cosy. Staying here was the perfect ending to our holiday in Italy. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment!

Top of the hill in Montepulciano

The apartment was a beautifully restored old house of Stefano’s family, right off the main square. it had a modern, well equipped kitchen, sitting room and a bedroom with stunning views of the lowlands below. Super comfortable .

Great stay in an amazing medival apartment centrally located in Plazza Grande, Montepulciano

The best location ever! 10 meters from Plazza Grande! I drank a Montepulciano wine with my wife every night, chilled in my own fridge and served from my own glasses by the Cathedral!👍😊 Plus, the apartment was awesome, we literally lived in a castel for two nights, which gave us an amazing feeling! Mary and Stefano, the owners were great! Thank you guys for an awesome stay!

Super clean, great location, spacey apartment, stunning views on Montepulciano surroundings! If you found this place go ahead and book! The host was very nice. Park before the ZLT zone you will be directed to the free of charge parking nearby.

Nice apartment at the top of the hill in Montepulciano

Beautiful town with interesting shops and good restaurants. The apartment was all on the ground level, which was a big plus. Spacious and well laid out, with a great view from the bedroom window. The kitchen had an oven, which was great - they often only have a stovetop and a microwave. Good shower and lots of hot water. Soap and shampoo, towels, hair dryer all included and worked well. No problems at all with the wifi signal. Stefano was a great host, friendly and helpful.

The chairs were pretty uncomfortable, including the sofa in the living room. Basic kitchen utensils and pans in the kitchen, but no toaster, kettle, or baking dishes. There is a washer, which works fine, and Stefano warned us that you had to wait 10 minutes after the end of the cycle for t(e door lock to release. But we didn’t know that you have to turn the power off, then wait the 10 minutes. Our clothes were captive over night as we waited for the door to release! The apartment is just off the Piazza Grande, which isn’t a bad location, but everything is down some pretty steep hills, so there is a serious climb back up at the end of the day. Nothing to do with the apartment itself, but the Montepulciano train station is 6 miles and a €25 taxi ride each way from town.
