Check in was very easy and the room was clean and spacious. Host was very responsive. Good value and a few good restaurants nearby.
There are multiple rooms on the property and our door was very squeaky and the walls were a bit thin. So I think we may have kept some people awake going in and out late at night and early in the morning before the flight.
Also, the A/C was a separate charge that was only payable in cash. Though a small fan was provided for free.

This is my third time staying here, and a year since my last stay. It’s as sweet as I remembered it, except maybe more because I wish I’d stayed another night or two. Love Kirsten and Francesco, they are so kind and make you feel very welcome. There is good energy at this place.

It was my first time coming to Mati, and I didn’t know the roads or the area. I would like to thank the hotel owner very much for their kindness and understanding. The hotel was clean, and the location was about a 5–6 minute walk from the Mati bus stop when you take bus number 314. The comments from previous guests were written on colorful papers on the walls, and that gave me a lot of confidence. Thank you once again.
