αισθανομουν δυσαρεστα με την κακη μυρωδια των μαξιλαριων!

η τοποθεσια του!

δεν μπορουσες να ανοιξεις την μπαλκονοπορτα γιατι ειχε εκωφαντικο θορυβο απο την λεωφορο, αρα Μαιο μηνα και ανοιξαμε το AC. Επισης δεν μπορεις να μην χρησιμοποιεις λευκα σεντονια οταν ενοικιαζεις ενα διαμερισμα!!! τα μαξιλαρια μοιριζαν ιδρωτα ,ασχημα και αναγκαστηκα να βαλω ως καλυμα το βαμβακερο μου μπουζακι ψεκαζοντας το με την κολωνια μου.η πορτα του μπανου στην ακρη της ςιναι κατεστραμενη!

The apartment is modern, clean and in a fantastic location.

The property was in a fantastic location, walking distance from restaurants and the old town. Train station is only a 10 minute walk.

The property is near a nightclub and can hear the music if you are a light sleeper.

Nice but be aware the air con is for the hot summer only..

The apartment was clean and cosy. It had everything you needed and was located at the top of the Royal Way so perfect for exploring.

I ordered the apartment as it said air conditioned. Except it wasn't as they only allow it's use when it hits 25 degrees. I need air con for my medical condition so we had to sleep with the windows open. However the noise from the busy road led to little sleep. I think it should be advertised as air con in the summer months.

Ok if on an extreme budget

Extremely clean! You could eat off the floors. Good location. The bed linens were clean.

Most important point: once Palm Aparts had our money they stopped communicating despite all their marketing about how they were available till 10,PM. THEY WERE NOT. I emailed, I used Whatsapp....no answer Ever! It took three days and a complaint to booking.com to get a COFFEE MAKER! Thank goodness our driver helped us into the building and figured out the code because Palm Aparts was NO HELP. No one ever answered any of our inquiries ONCE OUR BILL WAS PAID IN FULL. Also confusion about the code to get into the building. The way it was written it was not clear. It was sequential. I asked for clarification (after we paid in full) three times. No answer. IN addition, no dish towels. I just needed one. No. No microwave but oven and cooktop. No coffee maker till we complained to booking.com Restaurants downstairs were good but the convenience store next door... omg miserable people. Just be aware. . Two bath towels and one wash cloth. However the bath room was huge! Very nice. Beds were clean and ok for comfort. It was extremely noisy with the windows open. We knew that before booking so I'm just stating. Windows closed and it was quieter. Hallway could be noisy at night but never for long

Exceptional

Great place, good location, very comfortable. We had 5 adults and 2 kids in 1 apartment, we had no problems at all. There is a convenience store just below the building, bakery is close by, pubs, restaurants in walking distance.

Spacious apartment, comfy bed and location is perfect. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping area. Would stay here again.

Great place for group stays.

Good location, easy access. Nice, clean apartment. Great that there is a grocery shop and Georgian cafe in the same building, so there are no worries about getting food and drinks. Great that we had opportunity come and go whenever we wanted, because of the lock box system.

The room was clean and easily accessible. We were able to leave our luggage in the room before checking in. The availability of fresh towels, toilet paper, body wash and tea and coffee was amazing

The elevator was not big enough for all four of us to go in with our luggage. The room seemed to be quite cold when we entered. The second room did not have an overhead light

I was asked if I needed the sofa bed to be prepared too, to which I answered yes since I was travelling with my dad but when we arrived it was not prepared. Fortunately, the cleaning lady was outside and gave us extra sheets for the sofa.

Nice and clean studio in a good location.

Nice and clean studio in a good location. Carrefour supermarket is located right in the building. Warsaw Powiśle train station from which you can take a train to Warsaw Chopin Airport is located right next to the building.

There was only one towel. There was no shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom.

Fabulous!

My first solo trip couldn’t have gone more smoothly, so happy I picked Palm Aparts! It saved me so much money being able to buy food to prepare in the apartments rather than eating out all the time. I arrived 2 hours before my check in time and they let me put my luggage in my room so I didn’t have to hike it around, when I arrived, the cleaner was just finishing and she was lovely, she opened my lockbox and got my key out for me as I had my hands full. I would recommend these apartments to anybody! (And it was so warm and cosy!)

Bad smell

The smell was really bad in palm aparts hallway! This is not worth it. Smell possibly coming from terrible building ventilation. Shower floor was yellow. Photos look totally different, please disregard the photos completely.

There were no instructions sent from the owner for getting into a room, no-one replied what to do. We were totally left.

Superb

Very nice apartment, perfect location in the center of Warsaw, very close to the main party street with a lots of bars, but still in a quiet area. Also, cute balcony and overall well-equiped kitchen and bathroom.

The bed could be more comfortable and we would love to have some coffee machine in the kitchen for the morning.

The lock box with a secret code is a good idea and an easy way to pick up the key. Great location with good restaurants and easy access to other attractions

Very poor sound insulation, so it was so noisy that I could not sleep for the whole night because of the tram and vehicle running, and people shouting and talking outside.

Third time at the Palm Aparts

It was very warm inside, the host left bedsheets for two separate beds as we asked. The view is amazing - you can see the National Museum from your window, perfect location if you are going to see the city by foot or public transport. It is good quality and price ratio, it was our third time here and we will be back.

Some neighbors were very loud at night.

It was very different to the photos. It lacked the cushions etc that were in the photo to elevate the room. Pain was coming off the walls in the bath room. Clearly very cheaply decorated
