Horrible experience.

Location and it was nice in the lobby.

Extremely uncomfortable, mattress was older than me and was falling apart, and the couch was the same. Towels left in the washing machine unwashed and all staind, blanket and pillows had mould on them and smelled horrible. If it was free cancellation I would've cancelled on the spot. I'll never stay here again.

The most terrible place I stayed in. Stay away from this place.

The only thing i liked about this place is the location being close to Mall of Asia. The rest sucked!

The rooms were severely dirty. I literally saw yeast/fungus growth on the walls and inside the closets. The dust on the counters were strong enough i was able to write/draw on them. A staff was putting a pillow case on a dirty pillow. The bedsheets smelled like yeast. The shower did not have door/curtain partition between the toilet and shower causing the water to flow to the toilet area, making mess and unsafe to walk when changing clothes. The staff barely respond to email or text messages. They are inconsistent. I called a day or 2 before check in date and asked if we could check in early and I was told “yes,” but we were not able to until 3pm. We had 2 extra guests which the host were made aware 2 days before check in but with extra cost. On check in, we were told 1,000pesos for the extra 2 guests throughout the stay, but turned out it was 500 pesos per head per night; and we were only told about this the night before the check in when i talked to them about the deposit. This property sucked, not just the facility itself but also the way the people that runs it.

just the location.

By just entering the room you can smell it like mold, and there are a lot of cockroaches. The bed, pillows, bedding, and blanket smell awful and make sleeping hard. The air conditioner is not working.

DON'T TRUST WHAT YOU SEE ON BOOKING.COM AND HOTEL.COM OR YOU JUST WASTED YOUR MONEY

NOT A THING. YOU COULDN'T PAY ME TO GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. I HAVE BEEN TO A LOT OF HOTELS ALL OVER THE WORLD THIS BY FAR IS THE WORSE. DIRTY COCKROACHES THE BED ARE THE WORSE. DIRTY SHEETS HOLES IN THEM LEAKING AIR CON AND NOTHING BUY LIES. THERE WAS NOTHING TO LIKE ABOUT THIS PLACE.

I DIDN'T LIKE THE CARETAKER NICOL. THIS MAN HAS NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS HE LIES SO MUCH. I ONLY SEEN THIS GUY ONCES. I TEXT HIM ABOUT I NEED TOILET PAPER, HE TOLD ME I HAVE TO BUY IT BUT THAT'S NOT WHAT IT SAID ON BOOKING.COM THE OTHER TOILET PAPER HAD COCKROACH FECES ON IT THE AIR CON WAS LEAKING WATER WE HAD IT FIXED TWICE THE WI-FI WASN'T WORKING WE REPORTED IT 6 TIMES WE WERE TOLD IT WAS THE PHILIPPINES BUT WHAT DOSES THE PHILIPINES HAVE TO DO WITH THE CABLE SERVICE. THERE WAS BLOOD ON THE MATTTRESS PISS ON THE SHEETS PILLOWS HAD HOLES ON THEM. THE REFRIGERATOR THE FREEZER DOOR WAS BROKE OFF. THE ROOM WAS NEVER CLEANED THE BACK OF THE COUCH WAS SITTING ON WOOD AND THE COVER HAD ONE BIG STAIN ON IT . THE PHONE DIDN'T WORK IF YOU LOOK ONLINE THE ROOM LOOK GREAT UNTIL YOU GET THERE. THIS WAS UNIT B. THE POOL WAS NICE THAT'S ABOUT IT. SO JUST A WARNING BEFORE YOU GO THERE. ITS NOT WORTH IT. OH I FORGET I WAS SUPPOSED GET A BALCONY INSTEAD I GOT A VIEW OF AN BUILDING UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND I HAD TO DEAL WITH THIS FOR 28 DAYS. AND WHY DIDN'T I GET OUT BECAUSE THEY SAID I WOULD LOSE THE MONEY I PUT DOWN NO CANCELLATION. AND HERE IS THE ROOMS YOU DON'T WANT TO GO TO 349 AND 509 BECAUSE OUR ROOM WASN'T READY WHEN WE GOT THERE. WE AND TO MOVE TO TWO DIFFERENT ROOM IN TWO DAYS AND STILL DIDN'T GET IT RIGHT I ALSO HAVE PICTURES OF THIS TOO

This was decided at the last minute, thus we got one of the worst places to stay in the area.

Josh was friendly and helpful in escorting us in the unit, was also quick to respond to inquiries.

We did not hear from anyone before the day of check in, until we call them to ask about the reservation and what our unit number will be. No one responds to their FB page which was one of their given instructions. The bed and sofa bed were really a sore, you can already feel the strings sticking out, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Bedsheets, pillow cases and blankets may have not been replaced. There are small cockroaches around the unit (bedroom, kitchen area, bathroom, living room, dining room) Although the place is near MOA, it is a long walk to this place, going up and down the bridgeway is tiring especially if you have baggage. There are other better places to stay within the area.

it was a disastrous experience, I would not recommended it. it’s like being scammed.

the unit owner was no help, didn’t even meet us in person to atleast give us the keys much more to show us the unit. what’s worst is we didn’t even stay inside the unit due to hygienic issues of the apartment (bedsheets, pillow cases are not even change seems for a long time). even my 5 year old son notice the bad smell upon entering the main door. when we inform the unit owner about it He got the nerve to tell us to cancel our reservation if we don’t like to stay, though the property already took the payment 3 days ago. lastly, I got my security deposite back more than 24hrs and after sending couple of reminders to the unit owner to return it back.
