The location is good. Close to two train stations and within walking distance of most of what I wanted to do. The laundry service was good value.
There was nowhere to hang my clothes apart from a couple of hangers on a wall hook. No fridge either or tea/coffee facilities. The breakfast was poor and cold on the morning that I tried it. I didn't bother the other mornings.

Staff were very accommodating to my requests, location is just a short walk from main attractions like Ampera Bridge and Monpera, and the room i stayed in was very clean and comfortable! The room also had bedside power outlets, which meant I could charge my phone while scrolling in bed. A thoughtful touch!

It is convenient. There is a small mall just 5 mins away with Starbucks and 2 restaurants serving local food
Rooms are exposed to cigarette smoke coming from the lobby. Rooms also exposed to noise from neighboring rooms and lobby
