The view! The location!
You can see through the panoramic windows from the road and the poor insulation of the windows makes the room noisy. Also, in room 101 which is right next to the elevator you can hear the creaking of the elevator and every time the doors open or the hallway is cleaned.

The location was central. The room was big enough for 3 adults. The beds were comfy. The small kitchen was well equipped. As an Irish person, I appreciated the kettle and tea bags.
The elevator was out of order. Fortunately, our room was on the first floor.

It's good value for money, the location is great and I like the little kitchenette.
I had a problem with the heating. It's underfloor heating. It was too hot, I couldn't sleep well. They sent a link through my email to change the temperature, but the link didn't work. I contacted the manager who came in; but she couldn't do anything and advised me to keep the balcony door open. I didn't feel safe sleeping with the balcony door open.
