The property was nice. Nice rooms. Excellent host also, the proximity of the beach in the downtown area was excellent.
I didn’t like the fact that there was no parking in the property and no light in the pool

Pool was not clean or available for use. Room full of spiders. Bed was too firm. Hard. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience. Bathroom was one of the nicer ones I have been in. Space was exceptionally nice. Breakfast was a treat. Staff was amazing.

We had an amazing overall experience at this hotel. The best part was definitely the staff. Joanna and her daughter, Victoria, were absolutely wonderful; kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Joanna even helped my husband and me find good transportation, which we truly appreciated. They were so lovely that we already miss them.
Breakfast was delicious every morning. The lady who helped Joanna with cleaning and preparing breakfast was very friendly and cheerful. She would sing while working, and she had such a beautiful voice. It made our mornings feel extra special.
Everything was very clean, and the location was excellent.
As for the negatives, for the price you pay, you should not expect luxury extras. The mattress was not comfortable at all, and the room only included toilet paper, hand soap, and towels. No toiletries were provided which I can’t consider it as a negative point.

Location. Breakfast was ok, but same variety everyday.
Condition was not similar than pics, issues w the bathroom ( no warm water, toilet was not working), no water…
