Communication was excellent; Paul was very accommodating, extremely polite, and always reachable. The plum cake baked for our arrival was delicious. The house and garden are perfect for a large group, and we lacked nothing in terms of amenities.
The pool was a bit cold and the TV could be a bit bigger but that didn't spoil the holiday at all.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. Everything was available and perfectly maintained. We had already read in the reviews that Paul and Monica were excellent hosts, and we absolutely experienced this firsthand. Fresh flowers and a treat upon arrival, along with complete peace of mind. The accommodation is a perfect base for exploring the beautiful nature of Bohemian Paradise, but also ideal for relaxing by the pool in the stunning garden. In short, highly recommended!

We want to thank Monika, Paul and their whole family for such an amazing time we had at their property. We honestly loved absolutely everything about the host, property, area and our stay. The property is located in quite area of a small village close to the city ( about 6-10 minutes from grocery stores). We were greeted by the host upon arrival where we were shown the property and were given our keys. You could feel the warm welcome and pleasantness from the first minute of meeting the hosts. We felt like we arrived home. The property is absolutely beautiful. It is clean, new and update yet the owners made sure it shows the true beauty of Czech history. We felt like we were back home visiting relatives, that’s how comfortable the property felt. It has beautiful yard with garden, large pool, which was so refreshing, and amazing sauna. I highly suggest to add sauna to your stay. We felt so refreshed and relaxed even days after.
We just really want to say thank you to the hosts as they made our stay in Czech Republic and Česky Raj/Podkrkonosi area truly special. We left relaxed, happy and recharged. We would definitely recommend it and hope to be back in the future.
