The owner was there and very helpful and caring. Helped get my handicapped mother up the 2 stairs and into the apartment. Got lucky and got parking eight in front of door. There is also a bar across the street for anyobe at o is looking for one. At was quiet and we were never disturbed. Loved the locking system on the door.
The area was not the best but it was convenient with stores only walking distance away. If not careful can easily get locked out.

Zunächst einmal muss man sagen: Für den Preis ist diese Unterkunft wirklich eine gute Wahl. Das Apartment ist geräumig, klimatisiert, trotz der lage - ruhig, und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Auch Küchenutensilien sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr praktisch – die Metro ist schnell zu erreichen, sodass man sowohl bequem ins Stadtzentrum als auch ans Meer gelangt. Außerdem haben wir in der Umgebung immer problemlos einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gefunden. Schlüsselübergabe über Türcode - genial!
Es gibt allerdings Punkte, die verbessert werden sollten. Zum einen ist in der Unterkunft ein deutlicher muffiger Geruch wahrnehmbar. Durch regelmäßiges Lüften – insbesondere mit geöffneten Fenstern und Schranktüren – wird es deutlich besser, ganz verschwindet der Geruch jedoch nicht. Es hilft außerdem, den Lüfter im Badezimmer dauerhaft eingeschaltet zu lassen.
Zum anderen funktionierte das Warmwasser während unseres Aufenthalts kaum. Beide Punkte sollten sich mit überschaubarem Aufwand beheben lassen, beispielsweise durch eine moderne zeitgesteuerte Luftungsanlage und eine Reparatur oder den Austausch der Armatur.
Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt dennoch zufrieden. Wer eine preiswerte Unterkunft sucht und über die genannten Punkte hinwegsehen kann, bekommt hier ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Vielen Dank!

The staff communicated the details correctly and in time. It was easy to find the apartment. It was modern, spacious and well-equipped. The beds were very comfortable.
The location was safe but there were a lot of run-down buildings which seemed dangerous. The street was too narrow to have cars parking on both sides.

Квартира находится недалеко от центра, все основные достопримечательности на расстоянии 20-25 минут ходьбы. Рядом несколько мелких магазинчиков и один большой супермаркет, кафешки. Но район не очень оживленный. В квартире две спальни, в каждой огромный шкаф, плюс кухня. Можно быть семьей с детьми или друзьям. Ключ получить очень удобно. Нам пришло сообщение от хозяина с очень подробной инструкцией.
В квартире очень сильный запах плесени. проветривание не очень с этим помогло( Это сильно испортило впечатление от очень хорошей квартиры. Рядом железная дорога, очень оживленная. И нет собственной парковки.
