Hyatt Place Sao Jose do Rio Preto

Next to the mall where you can find everything you need.

The Hyatt here does not have the high standard of the Hyatt i was used to. The bathroom was not quite clean, there was no vanity kit or shower cap, no slippers etc. The personal at the desk office were friendly only with the people who looked very rich, with us they were grumpy. The breakfast was ok, but some of the fruits were not good, the bacon was very dry and the omelet tasteless.

Everything was good. The staff, location, accommodation.

Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Large, comfortable rooms.

There is no shade on the roof pool. This makes it uncomfortable. A few sun shades would be a good idea to make it more useable.

The hotel offers a little bit about the confy Hyatt branding, with good facilities, great room size and staff is almost 100% amazing.

Staying in many hotels Hyatt around the world, we are used to get some services offered by Hyatt that I didn’t see in Sao Jose do Rio Preto. 1- the hotel doesn’t have an shuffle option from airport to hotel 2- the swimming pool is very poor and small, so different that we saw at the pictures in Booking 3- breakfast is good, but not so good as we usually get on other brands withe the same amount of stars 4- Staff is something that really deserves credit and compliments. However I had an bad conversation with an guy called Leonan or something like that about a minimum favor about printing 8 slides for a business presentation… Miles away from the experience that I had with the same topic hours ago, this employee didn't even take all the slides of the printout, he handed it to me anyway. 5- the shower water pressure need to be improved to get better quality and experience 6- Mosquitos all over the foodcourt area so be prepare for bites during the morning and mainly at the dinner
