Stressing, terrible, disaster, never again

the location

The support, the inventory of the room was damaged, internet wasn’t working during whole time. First night the card from the room wasn’t working and we couldn’t enter the room, no support from the rental company, we had to find another accommodation for the first night. Reception is “another” company, so NO helpful at all..terrible experience.

Disappointing

Location is very good. Walking distance to two beaches Nice cafe on the roof

The apartment needs maintenance. Lots of things are looking shabby e.g the cupboard doors are chipped, floor is peeling, the wardrobe door is broken and the soap dish is hanging off the wall. The building as a whole is looking very run down and the pool area needs A LOT of maintenance. There are quite a lot of broken tiles which I felt could cut your feet. On arrival at the apartment, it was obvious that things hadn’t been checked over thoroughly. The safe had no batteries, the cooking hob was broken and there was no wifi access. Staff were reasonably easy to contact, but it took 3 days to fix the hob and we were 6 days without WiFi - half our stay. We were offered a set of clean towels as “compensation” which I feel should be standard anyway!! Land is being cleared in front of and behind this building and I would check before booking that large building projects have not started.

1. Кондиционер дует теплым воздухом. Кондиционер очень старый и внутри очень пыльный. (Ночью не возможно спать, очень душно) 2. Мебель в комнате и в ванной очень старая, видны отслоения. 3. Кондиционер над кроватью. Кондиционер постоянно дует теплым воздухом на тебя.

В следующий раз,скорее всего выберу другое жилье.

Хорошая парковка.Дополнительно за электричество денег не брали. До пляжа 15 мин пешком.

Интернет не быстрый. Дороговата арендная плата. Между апартаментами хорошая слышимость. Балкон был очень маленький, уместилась только сушка для белья.На кухне не было розеток! Чайник и тостер приходилось все время включать в другие места. Одеяло было одно.

ok apartment to ok price

we had a nice stay

we had some issues, for example the wardeobe door wouldn’t open - we asked them to fix it but they did not. the window was leaking so the bedroom floor got wet, they did not wash it like we asked them to. the stay was okay considering the price, but we wished for better help from the host… we sent several emails. It was also a cockroach in the bathroom for over a week.

Очень старая и сломанная мебель, посуда тоже вся побитая. Мало места, по фотографиям выглядит хорошо, но в жизни по другому. Без авто там делать нечего

Excellent!

I like everything in this apartment. It has living/kitchen area, bedroom, bathroom and a balcony. There is just amazing infinity roof pool on the top floor and a cafe with not expensive prices! Location is just great too. Reccommend to everyone!

Not as advertised

The pool view

Condition wasnt as great as advertised, building was abit run down and aside from the view the pool was falling apart, elevators malfunction had to used the fire exit up and down the 7th floor for few days, poor water pressure and outage for almost 2 days. Poor air-conditioning in uncomfortable heat. Maintenance work and power tools used directly outside my room. Only hotel I had to pay for prior to arrival and I can see why. I've had much better stays for less than half the price and double the quality. Average stay but definitely overpriced felt opportunistic.

Convenient location for surin

The location was convenient for a planned meet up I had with friends or it generally wouldn't be an area which is our first choice. Very touristic, busy etc. You are within a 10 min walk to 7/11 and restaurants etc. The rooftop pool is a lovely size.

We had to ask for an extra key as we don't always go to the same place etc so we spent the first day tied down by only having one key. We asked for another duvet which we never received as the sofa bed was only fitted with a thin bottom sheet. We were staying for 5 days and there was no replacement of towels etc. The kitchen area is very difficult to actually use so although there is a toaster etc available there is a lack of sockets and worktop which equally made washing up difficult too, no where to dry dishes etc. We could also smell weed down the hallway which I know the owner can't control but still not pleasant when travelling with kids.

Worn out building, dated and neglected

The cleaning is not included, you need to pay 600baht extra for cleaning We rented a room for 2 weeks and noone ever came to clean The whole building is really in bad condition - broken tiles in the pool and lights, paint falling off everywhere, leaking pipes everywhere (both sinks in the room furniture underneath was completely soaked) The water stream in the bathroom sink is extremely weak, you can hardly wash anything Fire hazard on top of the building where the pool is. I stopped the fire on the roof, it was starting from the heated burning on the sun decorative wooden pieces around plants.

Loved the pool and the roof top eating area. Beautiful views. Room was comfy enough for shower and sleep at the end of long days exploring Phuket.

nice place

the pool was so stunning and you could see the sea! They also had an amazing gym with loads of weights and everything you could need. These facilities were the biggest plus for me. it was also close to the beach which was nice. The apartment was a cute little size.

I didn’t like that the bin wasn’t changed as we had takeaway a few times and by the time we left we had small flies:/

Cheap and central location, though the hotel itself is basically just an apartment block

It's a cheap and reasonably central location on Surin. ~15 mins walk to Surin beach or the south end of Bang Tao beach.

Check-in was problematic; we couldn't get in touch with the manager, and was left standing around with our luggage. Room felt tired before its time, with the headstand halfway broken and the bed had just a single pillow each. The condotel itself is clearly suffering from Covid, with the hotel bar, the pool bar and other facilities shut down, the walk out to the beach isn't exactly what you'd call scenic.

Book direct!

Good location, quiet. The pool is nice. The gym is decent. Bed was comfortable. Cooking facilities are good.

Booked it on the day I moved so was didn't realise the booking is through an agent. If you book through the property it is cheaper. I wouldn't even mention this but if you do book through this agent there is no cleaning included, that is an additional 600 baht, which is more than the cost of the room! If you book direct, cleaning is included. They mentioned a 5000 deposit as well but I didn't have to pay that. Will mention the cleaning again, just because of the fee, but the toilet wasnt flushed and there was pee under the seat.

Good value for money. Comfy room with enough space.

Hotel customers could use free transfer to the beach but as a customer of Lofty you couldn't use the service. Pool is overcrowded. Not enough sunbeds.

The mattress and pillows could definitely be upgraded and the shower needs to have an instruction manual, could not get the temperature right, was either very cold or boiling hot.

Superb

Excellent location and rooms, pool and bar and restaurant very good. Friendly staff and undercover parking for vehicles.

My booking somehow got hijacked by Lofty so when I arrived the staff knew nothing about my booking except giving me the key. My room had no mini bar and no cleaning (unless I paid cleaning fee). I was very disappointed as had stayed in this hotel previously (via Booking.com). Apparently when all rooms booked out on Booking.com the booking is passed onto Lofty who manage several rooms in the hotel. Admittedly my booking comfirmation states no cleaning however this is in the fine print. If I had know this on booking I would not have accepted it. I rang Lofty to complain however nothing could be done. I contacted Booking.com and got 25 Euro credit. However in future when I book this hotel I will book direct not through Booking.com
