The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was ideally situated for where we wanted to be on the night we stayed. The member of staff we saw was friendly and helpful.
At the time of booking, we were not informed that there would be no open reception area. We had to ring a number and wait for someone to come and let us in. As it was pouring down, this wasn't ideal

Few negatives but overall good easy check in .
Pillows a little soft ideally more firmer.

Good value for money paid. Good location. Close to station and sea front, bars and shops.
The lobby area smells a bit musty, the room was fine though.
