Good location. Comfortable. Friendly staff.
I wasn’t able to use the underpass to the station. It was raining on my checkout dates. But that cause it was under maintenance for that period I am staying there.

The hotel had a great location, just next to the Nagano station, which makes it a good base for day trips and city exploration. There are a lot of good restaurants around and the area is very lively. The beds were quite comfortable as well and the breakfast was delicious with a lot of options.
The rooms were somewhat bare, with very hard pillows. The wifi wqs spotty and unreliable in the evenings, after 9-10pm, presumably because a lot of people might have been online. That was a bit annoying.

Bathroom too small and difficult to access.
Room too small for international people.
