The location and the price Singapore $24 for a room with double bed with balcony.
Many minor defeat. Only 2 power plugs working （one use for fan and left one to charge handphone or IPad, TV can't watch because the power cable not working. Weak wifi. Staff can't speak English but very friendly. Only one bin in the toilet, no refrigerator but the twin bed were comfort and clean. There are two phuong vy hotel on the same street. The other could be more luxury because is guest house. Worst, next to it is ice making small factory, could be disturbing if you need to rest in the day. Frankly, not my choice for next time because you can find other better hotel nearby.
