I’m regular here but this one was pathetic, disappointment infront of guests

Giving conplementary dinner was good

I didn’t like the service at all, they asked to pay in advance for food & all and i did paid it but when we visited and had our free dinner which was included in the price they were asking for bill like hungry hynas, also they’ve asked me for bill several times by coming at my door (bill was paid) i am a regular customer and i do clear my bills everytime so where is this skepticism is coming from? Plus, there was no room cleaner i informed them many times in my 24 hours stay and they said no we don’t have employees. Means if i can’t even get it cleaned then why i have paid you 27k for one night?

Break fast and air-conditioning.

Rooms are not like 4 star ✨ type. Furniture and other stuff want sufficient in the suite. Delayed pick up from the airport. No one there to take want responsibility.

They are charging extra money called service charges. Then the portion of the breakfast was not enough for even 1 person. Taking 1 hr 30 min to provide ur order n it was cold

Breakfast and location was good.

Staff was not cooperative. It was far from Airport so I called and request to Guide my driver for location but they were unable to guide address of property properly. Lift was nor properly cleaned.

Not cool as compare to Marriott , Movenpick,PC.

I made the reservation from booking.com so i paid the exact amount was told by booking.com but the hotel asked me to pay extra 400 as service charges and also extra amount as damaged deposit why booking.com hadnot mentioned the extra charges and no other hotels in karachi take the service charges why RAMADA ? my guest wa also asked to provide CNIC card and the hotel didnot wait and sent the staff to the room.

Attitude of staff, specially the women at the reception who is at duty during morning around 12-1 pm as I have always interacted with her and she’s very polite and very helpful and just because of her attitude I chose to stay at Ramada Creek this time as I remembered her last time attitude which forced me to opt Ramada creek again to stay

Overall ok but did not get value for money.

Breakfast was good. Staff was good and cooperative. Facility of tea in the room is a good thing to have.

Lot of disturbance from next rooms during the night. The TV set in the room was small and pathetic. Toiletry was not fresh and some items like shaving cream was empty. Slippers were not available in the room. A carpet in room makes it more clean and tidy. Mini bar was totally empty.

Well , the helping staff made my stay good’ thanks to them.I wish to see improvements in next visit.

My visit stayed good because of some people like Qasier Bhi(Hotel Pick & Drop) , Yaseen(Floor Manager), Usman (Bell boy) & Khurseed. These all are good people who cooperated well and tried to make me feel comfortable. Breakfast was good as the Restaurant staff is very cooperative. Mr Vajay is the manager’ he along Zulfiqar boy stayed too humble and nice, provided the best facilities.Only the helping staff is too good other than Reception people. Also what I liked is the promotion they gave like with breakfast dinner was included.

Well the things I dint like 1) Reception Staff’ all of them are too rude & unwelcoming, they need to learn being hospitable.They were trying to make me feel akward at my points maybe they all are having pending salaries. Because it was strange that they all were with same attitude. 2)Overall services are extremely slow and non speedy. it’s definitely because of Reception people as they sometimes forget or delay what we ask. 3) Shower Drainage 4) Lights in room are extremely low beam and they give you too darker effect. 5) Washroom accessories like hand lotion, shampoo and hand wash is with pathetic quality. 6) Rooms are not noise free and lots of disturbance from outside noises. 7) GM is just with a name ‘ no help from him of any sort. 8) They dont have their saloon or Spa. 9) Phone lines in rooms are horrible and they tried but dint get fixed. 10) Rooftop is without staff and it doesn't look or feel safe to go at rooftop trace at night.
