Clean, convenient, and great service! Close to the city bus stop, a 15-minute walk to Kawaramachi, and near the beautiful Kamo River for sightseeing. We had a pleasant stay and would definitely book again.
The stairs were quite steep, which made going up and down a little difficult, especially with luggage.

C’era tutto ció di cui avevamo bisogno, vicino zona con ristoranti e negozi
Un po’ piccola per 7 persone, i futon erano non molto alti

The wifi was consistent and strong, which was important to us. The place was adorable, with everything we needed. The bath was deep and the water pressure was phenomenal. Easy walk to transit and restaurants. Easy check in. Lots of lovely extras like kimonos, umbrellas, and coffee.
Can't think of anything

Comfortable, cozy, and has every amenity needed for a stay in Kyoto. Not too far from a lot of stations and temples!
