We made the reservation at 2:00am and when we arrived the girl at the desk said that the check in was at 3pm. We were tires from traveling and there was no banks, gas station it stores open . The girl was nice enough to let us check in at 2am and we checked out at 12pm. Unfortunately booking never responded to our message .

The suite was dirty, floors and bathrooms were nasty. Bed sheets were old with dirty marks.
