I stayed at Ngoma Zanga Lodge in Livingstone with my 13-year-old son & we really enjoyed our experience. The lodge has a lovely, peaceful atmosphere. The pool area was clean & very well maintained.
The reception staff, I believe one was Mr. Kennedy or Naomi (apologies if I’ve mixed up the names!) were particularly helpful. They were friendly, accommodating, great hosts & gave us useful suggestions about the surroundings. They also helped us arrange activities, including the lion walk & our quad biking experience, which made organizing our stay so much easier.
Breakfast was good, with generous portions that were substantial enough to keep us going well into lunchtime. The lodge also had stable Wi-Fi, reliable electricity & all the amenities that were listed, which made our stay comfortable.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay & would happily recommend Ngoma Zanga to anyone visiting Livingstone. The helpful staff, comfortable facilities, peaceful setting & convenient assistance with activities made it a great base for our trip.
The only downside for me was that I found the food & drinks menu a little on the pricey side while/AND outside food & drinks aren't allowed. But then again, I understand why it's done that way.

Kennedy and his team made we feel welcome, safe and comfortable from the minute I arrived. I checked in quite late at night after a day of traveling, and they made me feel like all my requests could be handled without any problems. I stayed for 2 nights, and their service, support and smiles never wavered. Thank you Kennedy and your fabulous team.
The bed was just a little too hard. But I have a very soft bed at home.

Property is small but cozy with a very decent sized outdoor area. Staff are lovely, in particular Stella who looked after our ever changing plans. The chicken burger is 10/10! The beds are also very comfortable with super soft sheets!
It is in a quieter residential area so closest shops are a decent 10-15min walk away, not a huge deal though and means it’s nice and quiet.
