Location very good, a real perfect discription to reach the apartment and check in at late Night after flight Delay done by Christina, very clean, comfortable and tidy apartment with all the things you need, good and very near parking space for car. For sure coming back, for testing the Pool.

During late evening lot's of noise from workers preparing the garden for spring - or summertime. The gas stove I Don't Like so much, because is a lot of work for me to clean it after cooking , women hands for sure can do it better like me........

WE had a hard time getting in to place in evening. The view was beautiful, but as I said no cooking

Tranquil and Unique experience with great views of the Italian countryside and outstanding staff!

The location was simply amazing. Spectacular views of the Italian countryside and convenient walking distance to a really nice cafe/bar as well as a supermarket. The town of Macerata was a few minutes drive and easy to get to. The hotel layout was unique really highlighted by the pool/lounge area that you could spend hours at. At night, the sky was lit up with stars and away from the city lights and noise - it's very quiet and comfortable. The rooms were spacious (and the one we had was equipped with a full kitchen and cooking supplies, which was helpful for a 5 day stay). The staff was extremely friend (Claudia in particular), was available and very helpful for any issues, questions, or needs. The pool was kept up well and was great after a long hot summer day.

The AC worked but it was tricky to figure out and the beds weren't the most comfortable but it was fine. There are a lot of lizards and bugs crawling around (sometimes inside) but that's expected as the residence is in the countryside. The rooms are private but the set-up once you walk outside isn't as much, so be prepared for that. No issues with noise. Overall, these issues are very minor and wouldn't keep me from coming back and staying there. I think it's definitely the best option to stay in Macerata (after researching a lot of places). Breakfast wasn't included but there was a nearby restaurant (walking 2 minutes) that was excellent and inexpensive!

Appartamento perfetto con vista sulla piscina. Ben arieggiato e con tutte le comodità. Silenzioso e curato in tutti i particolari. Comodo al centro ma in zona residenziale fuori dal caos.

L’aria condizionata era molto rumorosa e diretta sul letto, anche moderando la temperatura era molto fastidiosa. Il letto non troppo comodo, il copri materasso aveva una parte in tela cerata e faceva sudare tantissimo
