Excellent friendly staff... Salma, Ashraf, Abd Al Latif, Hassan, Asma... and everyone who greets with a smile and kindness makes the experience well worth a repeat visit đź’ťđź’ťđź’ť
Floor tiling maybe needed a little mopping and toilet seat needed slight repair, otherwise everything was great 👌🏼

Location. Nice staff
Unfortunately, my stay was not as pleasant as I hoped. There were some cleanliness and maintenance issues in the bathroom …as you can see from the photos, the shower fittings had visible rust, and the sink area also showed signs of rust or mold.
Additionally, the bed frame (not the mattress) had large yellow stains, which didn’t look nice.
It was only a two-night stay, so I managed, but I really hope the hotel improves the room maintenance and cleanliness for future guests.
On the positive side, the staff were kind and helpful, which I really appreciated.
