Classe et moderne

Établissement moderne propre. Chambre très spacieuse avec terrasse, armoires, frigo et coffre. Quartier calme. Personnel très aimable et petit déjeuner super copieux et varié. Le plus aussi le parking.

Just the location that's it near to Agdal and train station.

The building comes in neighborhood it's not look like hotel. The room contents it's too old and used a lot, the room carpet so so dirty with spots everywhere, bathroom not comfortable and the shower not working good. The bed at all not comfortable(I had kept the mattress on the ground to got a little comfort sleep). I had very bad experience at my stay in this hotel and I don't recommended anyone to book in it, its not worth for money and for anything else. Unfortunately I didn't take any photos for property.

Hidden gem in Agdal

Fantastic little hotel in the heart of Agdal. The staff were brilliant and went beyond the call of duty. Wafa was particularly helpful and accommodating.

The carpet in our room was stained, which was a shame because the rest of the room was spotless

Aside from the location, there is no value for money or interest to stay there again

The facility had bidet hose, and the beds were comfortable. I would rate the breakfast as good, but not a great experience of Moroccan traditional breakfast

The air conditioning was not working at all which was a major element in making the experience bad. The satellite was not working. The towels and bathroom supplies were few and inadequate. The price fluctuation as I was paying with Canadian Dollar led to paying more than indicated in the reservation confirmation. The responsiveness of the facility was next to none as I kept sending emails and requesting info.

the hotel was clean and comfortable the stuff was amazing and very helpful. Breakfast was the best part.

it was a bit hard to find at first but once you know the area name and the Mosque close to it, it’s very easy to find. we used GPS to find.

Staff was so kind and attentive. The best staff I have ever seen. The location is perfect to discover the city. Car parking spot with a guard.

Staff were reasonably friendly.

Room was changed to what I booked at last minute. Air conditioning didn't work and no notification of this until you ask, after trying for 30 minutes! Carpets disgusting. Noisy. Power cut in the morning.

Good place but for such money cleanness could be better

The stuff was nice. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. Additionally the breakfast served to the room was tasty and on agreed time.

The biggest minus was cleanness. The carpet was full with dirty spots after coffee. Furthermore the carpet on the corridor was not cleaned.
