The place is amazing! great location, room is super cozy and tidy, clean and comfortable! with nice sea view and a very cute terrace which everyone can use and there is plenty of space for each room's tenants to also enjoy the late night snack/vine.
the rooms are small, but for us was super fine. if you are someone who searches for a big spacious room, maybe this is not your deal, but the other options are so nice and worthy, that the size of the room doesn't really matter.

This place spoiled me for every future holiday. Right at the water, a two-minute walk from the beach, shops, and cafe bars - so you get the convenience without giving up the "I'm on an island" feeling. The room has a water view I did not get tired of, and the bathroom was so clean and fresh it felt like nobody had used it before me (in the best way). The AC was an actual lifesaver - we're talking 34°C, and without it I would've melted into the mattress and become a cautionary tale.
My favorite part of the day was lunch on the terrace, water view included, in a garden that clearly gets more love than most people's actual homes. The hosts were the real highlight though - informative, warm, welcoming, the kind of hosts who make you feel like a guest and not a transaction. They even gifted me small bottles of homemade alcohol, which is the kind of hospitality you can't fake. Bonus: two very good cats.
As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe here the entire stay - that matters more than people admit, and it was never in question.

The location and proximity to Lumbarda port and center. Friendly owners.
It is not what is described.
It does not look like the pictures on booking show it. Rather scruff and old.
No credit card payment possible (various funny excuses given). Been asked to pay in cash, then transfer for account in Hr Kuna and finally Euro accounts.
