This is a wonderful property! It has the best ocean views for sunset and sunrise. It is located down a private road in a quiet enclave of houses with a very short path to a special little rocky beach. You can hear, see and smell the ocean from the house!
The house is comfortable and clean with a well appointed kitchen making cooking for a family easy. There is an outdoor shower and a patio with a large table to eat your lobsters from Alewifes outside.
The property manager, Danielle, responded immediately to all requests and Denis responds quickly as well to booking questions.
This was our second stay the house and we plan to return.
This is special house and we plan to be back.

Denis' place has been and will continue to be a great place to stay for a couple of months while we have to be out of our own home. Denis and his property manager are easy to reach and get it done! The house has beautiful views, a quiet neighborhood, great views, and is incredibly well outfitted.

The owners are lovely and very responsive. The home and location are very special. The house has an open floor plan. Lots of windows. A modem and comfortable cottage a few steps from the ocean. Property manager is also terrific. What ever you may need. You will be well taken care of!! đź–¤

Lovely home, great experience!
We stayed at this lovely property for our annual Girls' Weekend. It's proximity to Portland was ideal, while also being the perfect retreat in a quiet beach side community. The home comfortably accommodated all eight of us, and had everything we needed to hang out, cook and relax. Denis and Lori were so communicative, and a pleasure to work with! Hopefully we'll be back again, thank you!!

Wonderful property and perfect stay
This was our third visit to the property, this time for a family birthday celebration. Our stay could not have been better. The house is in a beautiful, private area with wonderful water views. It is convenient to downtown Portland and to a great neighborhood beach. The house is very well designed, comfortable, and appointed with everything we could have needed. We love the house, and our guests fell in love with it too. Lori was very helpful and followed up with us.

Great Stay
The property was very nice. The location was perfect for what we were looking for. It is about 20 minutes from downtown Portland in a nice quiet neighborhood. The ocean is a short walk from the property. There is an IGA grocery store a short distance away, less than a 5 minute drive. We really enjoyed the location of the property. It was clean and every bedroom had a bathroom which was real nice. We will be back and will definitely plan on staying here again.

We enjoyed staying in this very beautiful home just steps from a rocky private beach. It was lovely to awake to the ocean breeze and our toddler loved watching the cruise ships crossing into the harbor at a distance. The larger bedroom on the second floor has wonderful views of the sunrise.
We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to revisit again soon.

Cape Elizabeth!
We had a great week with the family at this perfect Retreat. Very comfortable and clean. The house was well equipped and the location perfect near beaches, shopping and not far from the Portland Head Light and downtown Portland. The views of the ocean were great. The little neighborhood was a hidden gem with great little beaches for hunting for sea glass.

What a find: The perfect house for a week at the beach
This house had everything we could ask for -- it's new and beautiful, spic- and-span clean, near the beach and gorgeous walks (and Portland!), has a great and well-stocked kitchen, large and comfortable bedrooms, an amazingly responsive property manager, THREE bathrooms, great sitting areas both inside and out. We loved the location, so close to great beaches and parks yet so accessible to Portland that we could go in for an hour or two, then get back with plenty of time for an afternoon at the beach. We vacationed with two adult sons, our daughter-in-law and almost two-year-old granddaughter, and the house worked perfectly for all three generations. To give you an idea of how helpful Lori, the property manager is: We asked for suggestions of fun activities for toddlers, and instead of sending a couple of ideas off the top of her head, she contacted the Maine Department of Tourism's "family fun maker," Jennifer Hazard, author of "The Maine Play Book: A Four-Season Guide to Family Fun and Adventure," who sent details on one great activity after the next. We tried and loved all of them. Yesterday morning, as our son and daughter-in-law buckled our granddaughter into her carseat for the trip home, she wailed "NO GO!!!" She could've been speaking for all of us.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at 2 Tucker Lane, the house was a perfect beachside retreat. Stunning views out to the ocean, the house was immaculate, very clean and well appointed. I would highly recommend staying here, close to Portland which has some amazing restaurants and Cape Elizabeth is absolutely beautiful, so relaxing.

Beautiful quiet property
I was fortunate to have my family join me at your property for a week. Myself, two couples and a child enjoyed everything about the house and surroundings! It was perfect for us all to have our own suites! I talked to Lori before we left and she really personalized our stay. Starting with a basket of goodies tailored to our interests! She also left a detailed list of places to visit and things to do that were perfect for us. Since we are a family that enjoys cooking together, the kitchen was perfect. And when we didn't want to cook, we had her list of nearby restaurants to reference. All of her suggestions were spot on. There's a beach within steps of the house that offered up beach glass at low tide. Our 6 year old and all of us had tremendous fun searching there. All of this and yet we were within 10 minutes from Portland. 2 Tucker Land was the perfect spot for us! Thanks Lori and Denis!

from the linens, dishes, utensils, furniture etc. We did not turn on our tv for 2 weeks minus the Bruins games because the background noise was so amazing waves and birds. The private beaches were awesome. We had a great time and will go back for sure! The Kissicks

This beautiful coastal Maine home provided a great place for a family vacation. The pictures matched precisely what we found: A beautiful home in a nice and quiet beachfront community. The manager Cindy provided us with all the necessary information for check in in a timely manner and was very flexible with the check in. We found a gorgeous and very clean house with all the amenities you could possibly ask for. We were even greeted with a most wonderful basket full of goodies and fresh fruit sitting on the kitchen island.
Both the homeowner Denis and the manager Cindy were very easy to communicate with and quick to respond, when we needed anything. The house and especially the kitchen was extremely well equipped with cooking utensils, pots, plates, silverware and even plenty of cleaning supplies. The owners have thought a lot about what a potential renter might need. We loved the beautiful high quality linens, towels, sheets, pillows, a wonderful firm comfy beds (We slept very well in these beds.) and the all the other comfortable furniture throughout the house. We very much enjoyed the ocean views looking out the window, the quiet neighborhood and walking along the beach enjoying the beautiful views. We also loved the proximity to Portland and all it has to offer. I hope my review does the fabulous time we had there justice. I would definitely rent this house again. In short we arrived happy to be there and left better than when we got there, rejuvenated. This is an excellent home to rent.

Fantastic 3 bedroom,31/2 bath
Our overall stay was perfect. The house was in beautiful condition, as advertised. The location was perfect for us. A fantastic 3 bedroom(each with its own private bathroom), 3 1/2 bath location. Well appointed kitchen and open living space.(The neighbors are all very nice too!).
You have access to Peabbles and Trudy Point and beach.(You have to get up early at least once to check out the awesome sunrises).
About 15 minutes outside of Portland, you have easy access, but far enough away to be secluded. Dog friendly with plenty of places nearby to take the dogs. Crescent Beach(dog friendly after Sept 30th), Fort Williams State Park, Robinson Preserve, 2 Lights State Park, are all withing 10 minutes of the House.
Plenty of great shopping, activities, music and restaurants in Portland.
I would highly recommend you check it all out.
A great base camp to do what ever you want.
