Excellent location, well maintained rooms, comfortable with my own refrigerator. Bathroom worked well.
plugs at bedside in 2nd bedroom need to be refurbished as one plug out of the two didn't work well

Rosario was super helpful, friendly and answered our many questions promptly. He was there for advice and tips on what to visit and where to eat. The location was perfect, very central with places to eat on the doorstep, ferry port, railway and bus stations within a 10-15 mins walk. What we had booked could best be described as a room with a double bed and ensuite but this was all we needed. It was clean, comfortable, secure and for the price and location we were more than happy with it. There was also a small shared kitchen with breakfast items such as cake and croissants as well as tea and coffee making facilities. I would happily stay there again and would recommend.
We can't think of anything we didn't like.

I liked that it was clean and that the staff came everyday to make up my room
I didn’t like that it didn’t have a microwave or any kettle to make a cup of tea.
