Ce que j’ai particulièrement apprécié : le calme des lieux, la qualité du petit déjeuner et l’amabilité de notre hôte. En revanche, notre arrivée très tardive, liée au retard de plus de 12 heures de notre vol, a malheureusement entraîné une demande de supplément de 20 € en espèces.
La demande d’un supplément de 20 € en espèces dès notre arrivée, en raison du retard de notre vol, nous a quelque peu refroidi. Ce retard n’était de la responsabilité ni de notre hôte, ni de la nôtre, mais ce type d’imprévu fait malheureusement partie des aléas de l’activité d’hébergement.
J’avais choisi ce bed and breakfast justement pour le côté humain et les échanges avec les hôtes. Cette expérience m’a finalement fait comprendre pourquoi certains voyageurs préfèrent des hébergements avec arrivée autonome via une boîte à clés. C’est dommage, car cela enlève une partie du charme de ce type d’accueil.
