About this cottage rental
With two bedrooms and one bathroom, this cottage comfortably sleeps 4. WE HAVE A STRICT 4 GUEST MAXIMUM POLICY. Also, extra visitors. There is limited space, therefore only the guests that are renting please. The living area and kitchen are spacious creating an open & airy feel. The bathroom is clean and newly renovated. The patio off of the kitchen provides a quaint space to sip your morning coffee, read a good book or enjoy a yummy meal. Guest Access *wifi *tv (with Netflix!) *outdoor dining area *no washer & dryer, but extra towels and sheets are provided. Laundromat is just down the street! *two parking spaces *we provide starter amenities for the beginning of your stay Interaction with Guests We love giving suggestions on where to eat, drink and play and will be available by phone call or text anytime. The Neighborhood Our neighborhood is convenient, safe and friendly. There's everything from coffee shops, restaurants and bars to boutiques and thrift stores within a five minute walking distance of the cottage. There are several grocery stores close by including our neighborhood organic grocery, The Produce Place. We are located less than 4 miles from downtown and minutes away from Vanderbilt, Belmont, 12th South and West End. Getting around We recommend using Uber or Lyft. There is also a Metro Bus stop a few blocks away. Check in time - 4:00 pm Check out - 10:00am

My bestie and I stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate our 40th birthdays. It’s exactly what we were looking for…cute, private, and close to everything! We had a great time and it had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

Great stay and location for not only attending a wedding at The Clementine, but it is very close to downtown and many other businesses and also access to the highway/freeway. The property contact, Randa, was very informative and responsive which was reassuring since we were coming in from out of state. It was much nicer and more "homey" than staying at a hotel suite (besides more affordable/private/size and layout). We will definitely keep it in mind for our, or friends, future needs when visiting family in Nashville. Thank you!!

Very upset that the owner text me after we got there and said we were having a party… it ruined my whole weekend knowing that he was watching us… I felt very violated and freaked out and so was my 82 year old mom..

This was the perfect spot, in a quiet neighborhood, to unwind after visiting busy downtown Nashville. Plenty of great local dining options and is within 15 minutes or less of anything you would want to do.

Cute, clean and well set up house! The location is super convenient and in a really cool area with fun restaurants. Easy to get around Nashville from here. Ronda is a great host and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

This cottage is perfect for a get a way to Nashville. It is adorable. Located in a very secure and great area called Sylvan Park. Tons of things to do and lots of restaurants within walking distance.
Randa is a great host with clear and friendly communication. We will visit again for sure!!

The host gave thoughtful instructions on how to get there. House was clean and had everything we needed. Located in a quiet area and had several restaurants close. I would definitely stay again if in the area. ❤️😊

We flew in from Amsterdam with a 1 1/2 year old grandchild visiting g our son. Ideal neighborhood, close to our son. We enjoyed the cottage , especially the restaurants/ shops close bye.

The cottage is located in a sweet neighborhood on a quiet side street, but a very short drive to many fun neighborhoods and downtown Nashville. The owner was very accommodating of our early arrival - we were so grateful for this! The cottage was clean, bright, and just perfect for our family of four. Will definitely stay again!

Everything was exactly as advertised and we loved it. It was close to many restaurants, stores and expressway. We rented a car but also took Ubers to/from Broadway. Such a fun and memorable trip!

We stayed for two nights in this cozy, adorable little house. It was perfect for our needs and close to the places we wanted to visit. We would definitely recommend this place for a small family wanting a place to stay while exploring Nashville and surrounding areas.

Cottage is as described, updated and very comfortable. Uber rides to broadway ranged from 12-20 minutes. Many restaurant choices within walking distance, about 20 minutes from the airport, so nice central location. We would stay again!

An old dish scrubber was given with very little dish washing liquid, lettuce from previous stat left in refrig.
Couldn’t figure out how to use coffee maker or oven. No instructions.
The house was in a real nice .neighborhood.

Wonderful cottage in a great neighborhood. We were 15 to 20 minutes from everywhere. Kitchen is well appointed with spices for cooking. There is also a stocked coffee bar. Beds are comfortable and the leather couch was a great place to sit and read a book. We loved our stay.

I think it would be easier for folks checking in to use a key pad instead of using the method you provided. Also, not to be too negative but the place could use a really good dusting.

Everything was great. House was charming and close to restaurants and grocery stores. Cute neighborhood with fun breweries. Close to the downtown activities. Would stay there again.

Beds were comfortable, the cottage was stocked with everything you could possibly need (including coffee & creamer for the Keurig and eye make-up removal solution & pads for the ladies), the neighborhood was quiet with a lot of things within walking distance or a short drive, and Randa was extremely helpful throughout the entire process! Plenty of local restaurants nearby and The Bold Patriot Brewing Company is a must-stop for some really great locally-brewed craft beers. The location was very easy to find and Randa made sure we knew how to input it into our GPS to ensure we didn't get lost. I have zero negatives about this place and will definitely stay here if we are ever in Nashville again!!!
