- flexible, friendly reception
- location is a little way from the center, but still reasonable
- rooms are large and have everything you need
- mosquito nets available (and very important)
- uncomplicated check-in/check-out
- separate kitchen area available for use
- hot showers (water pressure could be higher, but is still adequate)
- towel (smelled fresh)
- bottled water available for purchase
- if you don't expect too much, it's good value for money
- the bathroom and sink looked (more than) uncleaned, i.e., there were soap residues, hair, etc.; a small, already heavily used bar of soap, probably left behind by the previous tenant (?)
- toilet looks very bad, filthy as it gets; or in general: bathroom URGENTLY needs a thorough cleaning, can be made hygienically usable with effort
- general maintenance is barely happening, please check fresh towels/toilet paper at least once a week
- (ik it's normal, just a reminder: there are a lot of insects in the upper rooms (without AC), you have to be able to live with that)
- (the access road is actually impassable during/after rain, i.e., there are puddles at least 5 cm deep that cannot be avoided)

Place is close by to beach. Nice place. Clean stray. Owners are helpful. Pets♥️. Nice view aswell at the night

Good ac kept the room nice and cold, also very quiet place for a good nights sleep
Unfortunately had ants in the room and bathroom, the shower had no pressure which made it hard to fully rinse my hair and the shower head fell off several times, would need a little update of towels as well.
