Breakfast offers a variety of foods, but the quality could be improved, especially the bread, juices, and fruit. The suite room is comfortable enough. The location is perfect, with lots of restaurants nearby. The staff are responsive and helpful.

Lokasi sangat strategis, dekat dengan beberapa restoran, dari hotel ke Jembatan Ampera juga tidak terlalu jauh. Gampang cari oleh-oleh. Sarapan cukup baik. Kondisi kamar bersih dan fasilitas kamar sebagian besar berfungsi baik.
Safety box di 2 kamar kami tidak dapat digunakan. Ukuran kolam renangnya ternyata kecil jika dibandingkan dengan jumlah kamar hotel. Sehingga saat kami kesana sangat full. Kurang nyaman untuk berenang. Fasilitas gym terbatas dengan kondisi yang sudah agak tua.
