This apartment epitomizes the epitome of hospitality. It’s fully equipped with everything you need to feel like you’re truly at home. There’s a fully-stocked kitchen with a coffee machine and fridge, plenty of clean towels, and air conditioning in every room. Even electrical mosquito repellents and a power bank are provided. The apartment offers a stunning view of the traditional roofs of old Venetian buildings. It’s located on a quiet street (calle), but just a short walk away from the vaporetto stations.
Marco, the owner himself, was incredibly helpful. He reached out to us in advance and personally met us at the nearest vaporetto station, accompanying us to our apartment. During our stay, whenever we needed assistance, we could simply text him, and he would provide us with immediate advice.
Marco even provides a free luggage storage space after the check-out that you can lock and unlock yourself. This saved us a significant amount of money and effort, allowing us to fully enjoy the remaining time we had in Venice.
Be cautious of the three flight of stairs leading to the apartment. The apartment is situated near the water channel, where you might occasionally hear boats passing by at night. Despite the salty water, Venice is known for its abundance of mosquitoes. Therefore, ensure that you close the windows properly at night and utilize the electrical mosquito repellents provided.

Everything was perfect: cleanliness, attention from the host, and everything we needed was provided. The host was very friendly and welcoming. He helped us not only with check-in but also suggested easy ways to get around the city. It was a very pleasant experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
