We loved the breakfast- it was fabulous. We also had a room leading out to the pool which was definitely worth the extra money. We loved it.

Location
Waited for room to be cleaned all day. But was told they were busy so therefore did not clean the room. I had to ask as they didn’t say anything at the time.

- Location. Close to restaurants, shopping centres, and other.
- Staff. They were friendly and accommodating.
- Spa. A little treat that I would highly recommend! My massage therapist was wonderful☺️.. I left feeling so relaxed and stress free.
- Breakfast. Their breakfast range was delicious! With an amazing view to enjoy.
- Toilet flush was not working when we got in our room. But they sent someone to fix it, which was good.
- Bathroom tiles. Especially when taking a shower, the floor was very slippery and can be a potential hazard.
- The drain in the shower. For the room we checked into, the drain would get blocked from water overflowing, mind you, the drain was not blocked with anything but water. And not even 3-4 minutes of taking a shower, you would have to turn the shower off, to avoid flooding the bathroom/room.
