Anwar, the front desk officer at reception, was extremely helpful and quick to support us in resolving our concerns. He arranged the rooms we requested and resolved the issue with our breakfast registration. Thank you, Anwar.
Munir, the housekeeping supervisor, consistently makes every effort to provide excellent and timely service. One of the best things is that the team provides two cleanings per day by default. Thank you, Munir, and thanks to your team for your dedication and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
The chef at the breakfast omelette station was fantastic and ensured guests could enjoy their omelettes just the way they liked. He was courteous and delivered excellent service. Thank you, Chef.
Most of time, only one elevator is in operations though there are 3 elevators for guest. As a result, a longer waiting time to get in.
