L'accueil du personnel agréable et disponible. Logement très bien situé au Centre historique de Naples. Calme, propre.
Ils nous ont permis de garder la chambre jusqu'au soir pour laisser nos bagages, vu qu'elle n'était pas relouée après nous.

-Excellent location, next to major historical attractions. Despite of being on the busy street, the place inside was very quiet.
-Very responsive and helpful host.
-The place is listed as "no breakfast included", but actually the "Italian breakfast" was available for us (coffee/cappuccino, croissants).
-Extra bonus - a welcome bottle of wine.
People with heavy luggage wouldn't mind a lift. (but we were aware of it)

The owner was super lovely and welcoming, he took time to explain everything and give recommendations. The location is great if you are looking to be in the heart of napoli. It feels tucked away from the business and the outdoor space gives you a great escape from the business of the city. I felt super safe and surrounded especially as a female solo traveler. It's super clean the room was spacious and had everything i needed.
Definitely recommend the place.

Location was quite good, it was pretty close to both metro lines and the city centre.
The room had a window facing the main street, which is very noisy, and the noise was not insulated at all. The WiFi hardly worked most of the time, and the shower hose could use a replacement because water sprays everywhere while showering.
