Excellent staff, very helpful and loved the wildlife at breakfast
The room smelled a bit like mould. Not sure if it was but they should check the room.

Modern finishes, 15 minutes drive to crocodile river, animals visit the property, animal feed provided, breakfast and dinner served, you can arrange with host to prepare your own food, includes fridge, stove, coffee machine, kind staff willing to assist to make the stay memorable.

Location, staff was nice.
There should be greater care to hygiene. This is related to how clean the room is, drawers, bathroom etc. But also, in a place like South Africa, it is interesting to see a lodge washes the towels and sheet in house.
You could also see this from the colours of towels.
It is a one person show, the person there cleans, welcomes guests, cooks dinners etc. Therefore, definitely you can't expect better result
Food was okay, but i ve been to kruger lodges many times, the gap is so big. It felt like very low budget food.
There was also unbearable smell in the living room area,, which you could smell it from the room too.
I think there should be ways to fix this issue easily.
Pool, i m not even going to talk about it, but i dont think anyone would even try to swim there, but maybe this was because of cold season,, they dont take care of it.
Rooms are small. Occasional electricity and hot water issues.
For its price, maybe acceptable for many people, but for me, it is a never go again type of place.
