The staff were amazing keeping the kitchen open for our very late arrival. Our welcome was lovely.
The pool area & ‘animals’ on the property added nicely to the ambiance.
Our shower drain was plugged resulting in some flooding in the room after a shower. Staff addressed quickly

This German-run hotel is quietly located and offers a charming little beer garden. From 4 pm, complimentary coffee and cake are served, which is a nice touch. The rooms are spacious, especially the bathrooms, and the terrace with garden view is perfect for relaxing outside.
The hotel is less than 10 minutes from Arusha National Park, which is great for day trips.
Dinner is served as a 3-course menu – decent value for money overall.
The beds were soft but a bit worn, and WiFi is only available in the restaurant and at reception. Breakfast was rather basic and lacked attention to detail.

All staffs are very friendly and helpful. Best service we had at the restaurant out of all the hotels we stayed in Tanzania. Hot water bag were provided in the room without needing to ask so the bed was very warm when we go to sleep.
Though the dinner menu has only one set dinner option, anything else on the menu takes ~30mins to cook.
Also the wifi is only good near the office, and in the morning, when the office is not open the wifi is no available. The phone has very poor signal in the hotel area as well.
