Nice location
An alarm from the hallway rang nonstop for 2-3hours in the middle of the night. Nobody responded to any calls or even provide any explanation for the unpleasent situation.

Everything. From the room to the location, to the coffee and biscuits in the tea room. We loved the location of the B&B, right next to a Christmas market with a local pub on the corner.
Nothing. We stayed for 3 nights and would stay here again.

Large comfortable room with beautiful new looking bathroom. Easy location to find and although we did not have breakfast there seemed to be a nice coffee/tea area. Nice and dark room and quiet
Could do with new towels - all ripped and no hand towels. Apart from that it was great.

I like the location of the property. It was walking distance to most of the places and to the shops and some of the historic buildings.
I think they should make people aware of the stairs at the property. The stairs were very steep and very narrow and if I wasn’t slim, I don’t think I would’ve managed to get up to my room. I know the propertiy is mot manned, but I didn’t see a sign of any breakfast unless that was held on another floor but couldn’t find any floors. I presume it would’ve been in the lobby where all the microwave and plates were .The television didn’t work, which was another letdown so a time when I was in the room, I was bored.
