Location
Booking was incorrect, admin error had the wrong dates for our stay, after a long day travelling to be met with our room booking on the wrong days, staff sorted it out but was stressful and took a while when we just wanted to get to

Location was good. The room was clean. Breakfast was average.
Check-in staff did not explain the Wi-Fi, password etc. This information wasn't available on the TV in the room. Telephone in the room wasn't working; it had to be fixed. The most disappointment was that, although the TV was supposed to be a smart TV, it wasn't completely smart. I could not watch Netflix or YouTube. I could not do screen share with my iPhone or iPad. TV did not connect to iPhone or iPad. The fan in the air conditioning unit in the room was too noisy, so we had to turn it off when sleeping.
