The front desk staff are amazing and it’s so nice to talk to them. The location of the property is perfect, it’s walkable distance to grand palace and so many nice restaurants around the area.

Fantastic location, right beside Brussel-Centraal station which we used to see other cities. Also located right in the heart of the downtown area where all the shops and restaurants are and a 2 minute walk from the Grand Place. Some unexpected perks we appreciated were fresh apples daily at the front desk as well as a candy bar. The staff was always very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was unable to provide a room with two twin bed room (versus a double bed), so the receptionist told us we were upgraded to a better room with a view and balcony.
Facilities are quite dated, especially the bathroom. Our shower head was leaky and the glass panel next to the shower also had a leak so it was easy to spill water on the floors if not careful. If you select a room with a view, it can be a bit noisy at night. But the hotel did provide earplugs in the room which was helpful.
