Excellent hotel in great location. Wonderful staff.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Excellent location (5 minute walk to Brussels Nord station, 15 minute walk to Grand Place). Large room, great amenities and facilities.

The corridor I was staying in was a little noisy, but not a big deal for me.

In Ordnung aber nicht herausragend

Die Lage war nicht so optimal und auch nicht gerade ansprechend. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und reichhaltig. Das Personal sehr höflich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Die Zimmer waren angenehm und immer sauber.

Das Nebenhaus ist im Umbau und es gab Lärm wegen der Bauarbeiten. Der Frühstucksraum entschieden zu klein für so viele Gäste. Der Auseichraum war nicht einladend, dunkel und unfreundlich. Die gänge auf den Zimmeretagen sind mit Spannteppich ausgelegt, der schon älteren Datums ist (und bei Gelegenheit einmal entfernt/erneuert werden sollte).

Great stay for business trips

Staff was welcoming and lovely, cookie was great. Room was clean, spacious and plenty of hangers in the closet. Bathroom was great and clean. Location is great. Breakfast was nice and lot of fresh fruits which I really liked.

Slippers would have been nice to have but overall nothing negative

ootasin selle hinna eest oluliselt paremat

Hommikusöök oli hea, kuigi kallis. Padjad väga head, voodi samuti.

Põrandad krigisesid niivõrd, et naabrid nii kõrval kui üleval lihtsalt segasid magamist, eriti kui nad saabusid näiteks pool kolm öösel. Või lahkusid hommikul hästi vara. Samuti olid kõik vannitoas tehtavad toimingud nii hästi kuuldavad nagu see toimuks kõik minu voodi kõrval. Tualeti kasutus oli ekstra ebameeldiv.

Average experience for a Hilton hotel

The bed was big and very comfortable, we really enjoyed the pillows and the mattress. Also, when it comes to equipment it had everything you would need. We also like the design of the room, and the stuff was very friendly.

The first not great impression was the wifi and internet connection. You have to create an account for the membership program to have access to internet, but the problem is that it’s slow internet, if you want fast connection you would have to pay and extra of 5€ per day. I find quite strange that in 2024 we have to pay an extra in a Hilton in order to be able to stream some videos on Wifi or to do some work. The second negative surprise we had was with the breakfast. Although the quality of the food was good, be aware that the opening time is 6:30 to 9:30, meaning that at 9:30 they start removing the food and by 9:45 you could only have some coffee and small snacks.

Good price and great location

The room and hotel facilities were very good. The hotel is affordable and has a great location. I enjoyed staying at this hotel.

I feel that the breakfast options can improve. There were only a few warm meals and a few juices. Also, it would be great if the back gate would be open for the business hours at least. Unfortunately, it was closed all the time, and it was impossible to access from Place Charles Rogier, and it is a long walk to surround the whole block from the main entrance.

Schönes Hotel, direkt an der Bahnhof.

Wir durften gleich morgen früh einchecken bei den Ankunft. An der Reception war sehr netter Herr Armen, er hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Das Bett war super bequem.

Das Zimmer war relativ dunkel, weil die Fenster zur eine andere Gebäude kamen.

Leider kein eigener Parkplatz. Tiefgarage 100m weiter leider zu eng gewesen.

Die lage ist gut und man kommt sehr zügig überall hin. Das Hotel hat eine gute Ausstattung

Die Frau die uns Abends empfangen hat war sehr unfreundlich auf fragen wir parken können wurde ziemlich schroff geantwortet sowohl als wir nach der Sauna gefragt haben wurde uns erst nach mehrfachem nachhaken die Öffnungzeiten genannt.

God stay

Hotel locatuon is good, room was spacious and very comfortable. Special provisions for drinking water in each floor was a nice add on. Overall very nice stay. Reception people were very friendly and helpful.

Die Lage und das Personal.

Im Zimmer waren die Ablagemöglichkeiten sehr eingeschränkt. Ein kleiner Schrank ist für zwei Personen zu wenig.

Nice stay for city hotel.

Breakfast was decent for this type of hotel. Coffee was nice. Staff was helpful and very positive. Small shop on the lobby is nice touch.

Disposable personal cleaning items and slippers can be provide.

Perfect! I like the room, breakfast and the view :)

Nice room, nice view, very nice people at the reception, perfect breakfast, very nice bar, tasty coffee at the room and also the”water system” is perfect. (You have a glass bottle at the room and you can fill the bottle with sparkling or still water, so no plastic :))

Beautiful, calm and luxurious place to stay and relax in the city.

Room and public spaces were beautiful art deco and really spacious. The room and bathroom were both very comfortable and relaxing- just what we needed.

Location was great although better for business trips as 15-20 to tourist centre. Car park was very secure but a shame the back door wasn’t working to amen it easier to go to and from the hotel.
