I received an upgrade upon arrival. Staying mid-week, I bet it’s hotel policy to keep the best rooms occupied, which shows a guest-centered approach. Room and bath were spacious and modern with a slight view of the street. 10 minute walk from Brussels Central station. Location is perfect. 100 meters off Grand Place yet relatively quiet. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the staff’s attentiveness and interest in my visit. Great recommendations for dining.
Through no fault of the hotel, the front restaurant renovation was in full swing when I arrived. I’m sure it’s done now and lovely but made entry and exit a little difficult. Staff made every effort to guide guests through it safely and with a smile.

Very central but quiet in the room. Friendly and helpful staff. Room and bathroom was a good size. We didn’t book breakfast but had it one morning which was good value.

Location, really quiet room.
Dirty below the bed, found a sock and an unused tampon under it. Breakfast was always the same options and even though granola was missing one day.

Very good location near the Grand Place. The beds were comfortable enough.
Very noisy at night sadly - though maybe not a surprise in such a central location. One of the bedside lamps was also falling off the wall.
