This hotel is in a great location. It is steps from the Grand Place. It is easy access to my favorite chocolatier, Mary. It is also close to a frite vendor, other food vendors, and the central train station. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming.
There are no teapots in the room. You have to go down to the bar for a cup of hot water if you want to make your own tea. After a long day of touring and walking, this was an effort we did not need.
